That game is scary as hell. Fuck that village, those hard puzzles, those damn characters and all the scary shit in that game. Whoever came up with Mundaun is a twisted sumbitch.

Red Steel 2 on Wii has been my WIP since it came out (*checks Wikipedia*) 11 years ago, almost to the day.

The biggest problems with Fallout 4 are:
1. the framerate (which can be fixed on series s|x with mods)
2. the loss of true character choice in the story

If the game hadn’t been made by the same man who started the genre and defined the genre, maybe this game would have gotten the love and appreciation it DESERVES. Expectations were sky high I guess? I dunno. It’s one of my all-time faves (sequel too) and I love everything about it. The atmosphere, the sound effects,…

I think I’d still recommend new vegas over fallout 4. Sure it’s older and thus, not as pretty. But it’s actually....good. Despite sinking maybe a hundred hours in 4 I don’t think I could call it a good game. At least not without mentioning a lot of its flaws.

Ever since The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, I’ve been a fan of his work. The only one I didn’t like as much was The Boy and the Beast, but I was distracted the whole time and really should give it another shot.

This game deserved better than its bad reputation. The art style worked well. It was full of great set piece moments, and I was a fan of the way it creatively reused its maps. It is far from perfect, and I’d love to see them take it apart and rebuild it, but I know that won’t happen...

I really wanted to like TERA and remember playing the beta back in the day, but it had by far the worst community I’ve ever seen in an MMO. Entire zones of nothing but Elin RP, which, uh... nope.

Tera will always have a special place in my mind. It was a very enjoyable experience, but it’s just too shallow, kinda like Diablo, level, grind out loot, hit end game, you could run rifts (read raids) to try to improve your gear further, but... why?
