I am at a complete loss as to how a long-haul truck simulator could be realistic and multiplayer at the same time. Long-haul trucking in *real life* isn't multiplayer. What does this mod actually add?

Were I to guess, their legal team is on retainer. Which means they basically get paid to be available, regardless of whether they do any work. So someone thought of a way to increase the value received for them by getting them to do *something* that might benefit Unilever. Really glad it backfired, though, because

I'm actually okay with something having to *be* mayonnaise before it's allowed to be labelled mayonnaise. I like knowing that I'm getting what I spend my money on. That being said, I think Unilever was just trying to get some value out of the legal team they probably keep on retainer, and damage a competitor to boot.

I literally half an hour ago bought my parents a gift card to PF Chang's. We live about an hour from this plant. I'm not sure I'm gonna say anything though, because the money's spent, the plant has already been cited, and my folks do so love the dandan at PF Chang's.

I've worked in places that only buy decaf coffee, then brew it into different colored pots to preserve the illusion of regular and decaf. It was an independent shop, and when I asked my boss, he muttered something about 'liability' and then went to do his morning cocaine. So, maybe this practice isn't all that

Please inform your friend that when she orders a gluten-free whatever at a restaurant, that means we have to painstakingly check everything else she has ordered for gluten and either change it or confirm with her that it is okay. It's not that we aren't happy to do these things for someone with a sensitivity, she just

'You see, when a tubman and tubwoman love each other very much, they take their clothes off, spin rapidly in circles, and fly off into the clouds. That's where you and your toiletbrother came from. Do you have any questions?'

Similar story at work just yesterday. We do free sundaes for kids' birthdays, which is nice, but we weren't sure what to do for a kid who is lactose intolerant. His server said something along the lines of 'the worst it'll do is give him a little gas, so just give him the sundae'. After two or three times explaining

Pittsburgh area here, full of memories of going to the ball pit at "Mickey D's" for lunch as a kid. Also full of fat, sodium and preservatives.

Natural is a bullshit word, and dosage determines toxicity.

As far as the kobe beef thing goes, I was given the impression that there is proper kobe beef, from a breed (or family of breeds) called wagyu, that is raised in the traditional style in Hyogo, Japan, and there is 'kobe-style' beef raised elsewhere, probably not raised in the style of real kobe beef, and only using

for the nearly three decades of my life i truly believed that song was by KISS and never cared enough to fact-check myself. Which is odd, because there's a lot of Queen that I really, *really* like.

"apologized...."
We apologize for a living. My job consists of handing you a list of food, apologizing that what you want isn't on that list, talking you into ordering something that either is on the list or is at least in the building, apologizing when you get it and it's what you ordered instead of what you wanted,

Oh my god, number 21 all day. If I had a nickel for every time I've served someone gluten-free pasta, then cheesecake. Or a burger on a gluten-free bun accompanied by 3 distinctly glutenful beers. They have no idea what gluten is or why it's bad for some people, they just have a little thread in their brains with one

The next christmas following the release of a new generation of consoles, I am going to personally DDoS Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo using a raspberry pi with a 28.8k modem and an AOL floppy soldered directly to the board. So, the christmas after everyone gets their new consoles, when the networks inevitably crawl and

All it does so far is tell everyone on the server to slow down. Which you should, to check out dude's awesome snow man and redstone torch twinkle lights.

Anyone else from Pittsburgh? I'm reminded of a local icon.

"Multi-Threading Voxels" as a feature reminds me an awful lot of "Reticulating Splines" and all the other Maxis loading screen gibberish.
