I use a small cheap rice cooker...perfect size for me and wife. Don’t have to remember to turn off my rice if on stove top...I think the rice comes out stickier with a cooker, and thats the way I prefer. :)

I think you are right. I live in south Texas, I can get anything...ears, heads, tongues, tripe, small intestine (tripas), sweet bread (thymus gland), kidneys, liver or all kinds, brains, goats...its all good when its made right.

Your coffee will improve 100% by doing one thing...buy coffee beans and grind them yourself. I don’t care if you use a French Press, Perculator or Mr. Coffee...it will be better than any pre-ground coffee.....
