Seems pretty straight forward to me that if you wear low visibility clothing, you’re going to be harder to see. Motorists still have a duty to be vigilant, and should legally take the blame in most cases. But it’s pretty simple: if you wear clothes that make you hard to see, pay more attention when crossing the road.

I thought it was common sense that if you wear dark clothes at night, you’re harder for motorists to see. I’m really surprised that this is being viewed as “victim blaming”. The poster in this article, to me, doesn’t look like anything more than reminder to be careful and make sure you can be seen.
