Our education system is so broken, and these for-profit colleges embody everything that is wrong. I’m glad to see the government “cracking down”, although it’s really a lose-lose situation.

That’s a big part of the problem, however. Community colleges are underfunded and overcrowded. Many students are turned away, and instead find for-profit colleges as an alternative.

I suppose if the government came up to you and offered you a perfectly legal 10% tax rate because you’re clearly special, you would decline it because you are much more morally centered. Right?

God you’re obtuse. I never asked why they take the photos, I asked why they KEEP them. I don’t wonder why Kim Kardashian takes naked photos of herself. And similarly she doesn’t worry about someone hacking into her phone and releasing them to the public.

Because I worded it poorly. I meant why would people (particularly people in the public spotlight) who don’t want anyone to see nude photos of them take (and save) nude photos? Why would anyone hold onto something (especially something digital) that they don’t want other people to see? I guess I’m just paranoid.

So would you hold onto a letter from your gay lover if you didn’t want the world to know you’re gay? If that letter was stolen from you and everyone found out, would you blame the theif?

I phrased my initial question poorly. I never really meant “why noods?”, I really meant why would anyone keep and save anything potentialy damaging to themselves and just hope it never sees the light of day.
