I’m going to venture that, if given the choice, ALL of those women having babies in fields would rather have them in an American hospital. I doubt they wouldn’t even complain about the hospital food.
Just got one of these...I hate bezels.
...but....as a parent, you ARE 100% responsible for the life of your child. Despite that, no one expects you to be a medical expert (or schooling expert, child psychologist, etc.). Don’t worry, when you take your new child to the doctor they will tell you to vaccinate.
Well, I sort of saw it as “killing” her (for me, at least) since I saved her on my first play through and then went back and specifically made decisions that would lead to her death. I actually felt pretty bad about it and thought about saving her at the last minute, when I discovered my decisions had already sealed…

Maybe there wouldn’t be so many mods and demand for such mods if Rockstar released a bunch of reasonably priced DLC. I’m amazed that no DLC has come out for this game two years after its first release!

By far the game that sets the true standard for size that all sandbox games should aspire to. Way back when I played this on my PS3, I made a video highlighting the crazy ceiling height and free fall capabilities with no mods whatsoever (skip to 3:40 for the actual jump):
