This helmet limits my field of vision.

I think given the large variation in light that must've been present in those tunnels, HDR is appropriate here. Makes for more illustrative photos.

UGH that music! Can't watch.

You're a sick person, and it's awesome.

No joke. My boyfriend and I had a similar experience when we left his parents in Reno to go check out Virginia City nearby. It's an historic silver mining town that at the height of the silver rush was apparently the largest city west of the Mississippi. Now it's a stark, depressing near-ghost-town with a few arts &

I've wanted to write this or something like it on the check for every single ticket I've ever paid, but then thought to myself ... "is it worth it?"

Question: If your bike goes down in traffic and you're physically fine, what's the first thing you're going to try to do? Yes, pick up the bike. Doesn't mean he was going to flee. I potentially agree with your observation about the pickup and stopping short, though it didn't look to me like the pickup did what you're

Seriously though...

I'm with you on this. Looks to me like that cop deliberately brake-checked the biker, causing the rear-end. Then went right to choke hold. Excessive force, excessive escalation, imo. Even after the collision, all the cop had to do was say "don't move" and keep the guy from getting back on his bike. But no, choke hold

Oh man, I used to HAVE all of these. :)

For every one video of STUPID ASSHOLES doing STUPID THINGS that does not end badly, there will be ten more idiots lining up to make their own. I was rooting for the hospital for this moron if only to serve as an example.

I've never had to replace a clutch in any of the five manuals I've owned, and most of them have gotten up in miles. Drive right and clutches will last.

To each their own, but I'll never own another auto in my life. Learned on stick, had 4 of them before trying out a couple automatics (one sporty, one with huge balls). Now I'm back in a stick shift and will never go back to auto. Living in SF I'm asked pretty regularly why, like people think hills and stick are

He's crying for his future, obviously.

+1

Not really feeling the appeal of that Monteverdi at all. If I were looking for that sort of car, Rolls or Bentley would be it. Awkward proportions, and a home-made finish.

Yes and that's a good feature to have.

Kurt Russell says sequel!

I don't see where the crowd of thugs gave the offending vehicle operator any chance to handle things rationally. There's a strong case for fleeing due to an imminent threat to their well-being.
