I’m kind of glad they cut Biggs. The original trilogy doesn’t really make you get to know any characters that it then kills off for the sake of melodrama (Obi-Wan’s and Yoda’s and the Lars’ deaths all move the story forward), and that would’ve been the case if we’d seen more of him.

Battletruck came out just a month after Mad Max 2 so it’s hardly a rip off of The Road Warrior. And it’s not that bad, it’s interesting to see a post-apocalyptic action movie from the perspective of someone who is just trying to survive the explosions
