You sound like you learned nothing from the experience except how to do the repair yourself. I bet you had another backup car to daily while in the middle of this mess. Others wont be so fortunate and others may not have the garage space to do such a project

I’ve heard of this happening on people replacing transmissions with reman units covered in paint. These Nissans just tend to do this altogether though. Crazy

It’s completely his fault. He brought a car to them in non running condition. It sounds like he also just told them to do the work and they did.
