Side note- why is the NFL still non-profit?

He says at a rally or on twitter or whatever that any player who kneels during the anthem should be fired right there on the spot. A player kneels during the anthem, owner fires him. Could the player then argue that it is a first amendment issue because he was fired because the government said he should be fired…

So I will use this as an opportunity to bring this up, it’s something that has been in my head for some time now. It really belongs on Deadspin, but I don’t think I am welcome there.

And we have the right to laugh at his miserable and vain stunt.
