Uh, excuse me but a) Disneyland Police have NOTHING to do with this and b) Disneyland is protected by a Do Not Fly zone up to 3000 ft. Above that they are often under John Wayne’s traffic pattern, so yeah! DUH! there will be planes over Disneyland fairly frequently.
