This is a great tutorial. I plan to do something similar (I already made a duct tape body double and tried using the Great Stuff to fill it, but it didn’t dry very smooth or expand as much as I wanted so I filled the rest with newspaper...now I don’t use it because duct tape is a nightmare with pins.)
