@Befitzero: If I recall correctly from the board game, most 'mechs use ejection seats as opposed to escape pods.... although I do remember that some 'mechs had overly elaborate ejection systems with no actual impact on the game. (Like the Hatchetman, which would "eject" it's entire head, that would then fly a short…
