For people who have aesthetic goals, measuring and taking progress pictures is so key. You don’t see the daily changes, but you will if you look at your photos and see the changes over longer time.  (Assuming training and diet are being effectively followed, which is a big assumption I guess)

Ya tracking is important for specific diet goals. I still remember when I started weighing food an item I thought was AT MOST 450 kcal really came out to be about 700 kcal. Basically, everything was off by about that amount. Suddenly your 800 kcal daily deficit becomes a 200 kcal surplus.

Actually, I really like Prime’s offerings. They have tons of British TV and a great selection of films— it’s better for older and rare films and shows than Netflix. For me, the $10/month (paying $119/year for Prime) is worth it just for the Prime Video.
