Missing quite a few steps if you're a Mac user. If you get the "fastboot not found" error when trying to run flash-all, edit the flash-all.sh file and add "./" before every fastboot command and just ensure they are in the same directory as adb to save time.

Used something like this once. Using Lightroom and dropbox. We would sync our catalog through dropbox and "view only" access what done by sharing the dropbox folder.
