noob question, ok so i just switched from iphone to an evo 4g, rooted the device and installed baked snack on it...now after a week of using it, i get a notification showing a system update, do i update or is this similar to the iphone where you should be cautious of updating?

im a computer science major and have been using notepad ++ at times to write my c ++ programs, id like to know how i can compile my progams after using notepad++, read online that there are compilers, but where exactly do i find them and how do i use them with notepad ++ ?

@motang: had issues with it but it works now, you have to run the installer as an admin first then run 7zip as an admin also when associating the file types
