“entertaining personalities who are unapologetically themselves, and all share a passion”
I’m just going to come out and say it:
I really don’t understand this marketing campaign for The Flash.
“Hey, Steve. The book people just called - the author’s demanding to be on set for this.”
Does he think he’s helping? Does he think all the conservatives who’ve spent decades planting seeds and cultivating their ultimate goal of a theocratic fascist police state are gonna say “Wait - we can’t lose Billie Joe!”
I don’t think there’s much overlap between the groups “people who like to be in the limelight” and “people who are willing to stay out of the limelight.”
well hold on maybe he’s planning on accidentally killing him.
i have it on excellent authority that Gilligan ruined radios, destroyed the Minnow, embarrassed millionaires and their wives, and many other awful things. cooking and shooting were never in his bag o’ tricks.
Nothing needs to be re-researched. We already know someone with Male chromosomes will be at an advantage compared to someone with female chromosomes. This science was settled a long time ago. Will there be outliers? Of course. But science isn’t about outliers. It’s about trends. And the settled trend is,…
It’s not transphobic to question the fairness of trans women competing against biological women. That’s called critical thinking or debate. It’s not inherently transphobic to have questions about something. Saying that is just a method to shut down meaningful debate.
If it’s not about winning medals, then couldn’t trans women just compete in the mens division and nullify any arguments?
I don’t remember where I read about a proposed solution to have weight/height classes in sports similar to boxing and wrestling, such that it wouldn’t matter what someone’s gender is - if they fit into class A or B or whatever, they’re competing with others with similar physical builds.
I agree, which is why Hilary Clinton’s recent plea to drop issues such as trans rights so frustrating. By talking to my family, my father went from being a homophobic bigot to telling his Right-wing 80 yr old parents that he would fully support his 11 year old grandson if he realized that “he was truly a she” (when my…
While this is an excellent way for transphobes to find a way to be exclusionary towards trans people - is the argument that people who go through a male puberty would have an unfair advantage in female sports so outlandish?
I’m afraid that the criticism of this post is missing the mark and you’ll take the wrong lesson. Its important you know how unfunny it is. Not because it’s politically incorrect or too edgy. It’s just not funny or clever. First off the purple tie and suit detail adds nothing. It’s just extra words that’s trying to…
Nice work! And if someone says that to you, and you’re standing next to Michelle freakin’ Pfeiffer, I don’t think that’s anything to get offended about.
Eh. I guess that makes some sense. If it was me, I’d be glowing, “Ooo, she said I deserve it!” while she and her Mean Girl friends laughed at my naivete.
Snow!: Jon Snow wakes up in San Fran and due to him dying once already, he has a near supernatural ability to investigate crimes, but it comes with a crippling social anxiety.
If I ever did, I certainly wouldn’t conflate my reaction to someone else’s expressions with “following the evidence,” as this guy did. You aren’t following the evidence if you’re trusting your gut reaction on how trustworthy someone appears.
absolutely psychotic Depp stans
