If you think that the Academy Awards had a work where the host gets slapped, the word “fuck” is said repeatedly, the Academy Awards officially condemn what has happened, and an incredibly famous actor’s win gets overshadowed by violence, you really have become entirely untethered from reality.

Huh, did you watch the same thing I did? The only person looking like a fool was Smith. Rock took the smack, barely flinched, and joked about it, and moved on.
