From what I read, the iconic boombox scene in Say Anything was supposed to feature Fishbone and not Peter Gabriel.

I know this is nitpicky, but during the class reunion, the songs on the soundtrack are (I assume) supposed to be the songs being played at the reunion. So the viewers should be hearing these songs in real time as it lines up with what's happening on screen, but instead it's several snippets of songs being played over…
Don't you mean you "fuggotaboutit"? Sorry, that was bad
Ya blew it
My kids always liked going to the Rainforest Cafe there, which I could not stand, hate that place. Ironically, on our last visit we went to T-Rex cafe and I enjoyed it, despite it being the same kind of overpriced nonsense, just with different decor.
Did they get rid of that sad standalone gift shop behind the Planet Hollywood? Any time I walked around Downtown Disney, I couldn't help but feel sorry for whoever had to work in there.
DDD is pretty entertaining, my kids like watching it too. And I agree about that insipid grocery store game show he hosts, of all the cooking competition shows on that network, it's the worst.
On that show he came to my hometown of Alton, just because of the name. The restaurant where he went for pie has long been closed.
How long do canned tomatoes really last?
Probably because (as with any frozen product), it lasts a LONG time, as opposed to individual ingredients that do not.
In the St Louis area, there's a local company called Dogtown Pizza that's pretty good. Costs a little more than Jacks or Totino's, but they taste better,
I've worked on several different tequilas over the years at various ad agencies, before then I always thought of it as Margaritas and taking shots of shitty Cuervo with salt and lime. Wasn't until I went to Jalisco and the distilleries that I got a real appreciation of Tequila, and how it's really consumed down there.…
I love that one, but my favorite is the cheesy bean and rice burrito. I also like the potato breakfast burrito.
Just curious, what would you say is the best Tequila you've tried?
I'm kind of surprised she didn't parlay that success into a bigger career.
My faves (honestly I love the first three equally):
1. Boogie Nights
2. Jackie Brown
3. Princess Mononoke*
4. LA Confidential
5. In The Company Of Men
6. Hana-Bi*
7. Chasing Amy
8. Donnie Brasco
9. Gattaca
10. Starship Troopers
*These didn't get released in the US until 98, but technically they were released in 97.
Runners up:…
That genre is has been blowing up the past few years. The only one to fail that program so far is Josh Trank.
I liked that movie a lot, went to see it on a whim and was pleasantly surprised
For a "bro comedy", I thought Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates was funny, and she was pretty good in it.
Yeah, it was a piece of shit. Much better fighting games at the time for the money, this was just a novelty because it has Star Wars characters
