also you do know that the PS4 saves EVERYTHING to the cloud currently .. right?  Nothing but the game itself is actually saved to the drive.  ALL games saves and data is saved to a cloud server.  Its been like this for almost a decade..

An SSD will last longer than the console would be relevant.  Current ssd technology should have them lasting upwards of 10-15 years, as long as sony isnt using old outdated ones.
