I live upstate but go down to the city regularly, and I have to say I went to the 34th street store a few weeks ago, and it is at least nicer since the renovation. I’m in upstate NY and have generally had good service with TWC for Internet, but I cancelled my cable service with them nearly a year ago and switched to Sling, then DIRECTV Now a few months back.
