Please provide a list of innovations apple has introduced in the last 5 years (keeping in mind that it is Samsung who makes the Retina Display).

but I think some of that is less about the items looking the same, and more about the fact that the iPad is plastered all over the palce, but I've seen very little advertisment for Galaxy Tabs. I think an uneducated individual comes into the store, sees the first tablet and grabs it thinking "I"m getting an iPad"…

I've never seen a samsung phone that I thought was an iPhone, just saying, just because something is similar doesn't make it a copy.

when I stopped buying Apple Products I stopped using iTunes period, it may run fine on a Mac, but I have a beast of a PC and it still worked like a snail, not to mention its just not that good.

If all the other games on their hardware is any indication the games will cost $.99 and only hold your interest for 5 Minutes before your back in the market looking for something else...

but thats just minimalising the scope; Samsung phones look like almost every phone, as almost every phone looks the same. There are exceptions but there are more black rectangular phones than any other. And only a small portion are Samsung, as for the OS thats Google, Samsung only made the Overlay.

I wasnt' a fan boy, until Apple started suing everybody instead of trying to come up with new innovative tech. the last 3 big things they came out with; ios 5 notifications, siri and the retina display.
