I love Kojima....but ever since he said he was quitting after MGS2 ( said it made him physically sick due to the work he put in) I take what he says with a grain of salt.

It already was with Final Fantasy XI. Pc, PS2 and 360 users could all play with one another on the same servers.
Everything he said is true. There is nothing a Day 1 player has to do to catch up to a seasoned vet besides skill. The game should be about skill and not how many "Summoner" levels, rune pages, mastery points you have. Dota 2 starts EVERYONE on the same playing field. In LoL...I have to hope for a character I like to…
Let's be honest. Marketing is at play here. New CoD out this season...new consoles...ARGH! Now we will end up getting Day one DLC.
A recycled game over a fresh, new IP...not much to compare. Also Ghosts isn't a Sony exclusive. Compare Titanfall to a game that is...perhaps KillZone.
I have tried but unlike Ledger, my neighbors know how to use 911 in a timely fashion.
Miss Sinister!!!
Just allow the same 4-player co-op you can have in your living room to happen online. That is all the would have to do.
Marvel had a different actor play Bruce Banner/The Hulk in The Avengers and it worked out great. It is supposed to be the same character as the one Edward Norton played. So no, they don't need the consistency between the voices. In fact, it should be even easier to do that kind of switch in voice acting.
I do agree with Hamill setting the bar. I do not agree with that it is how the Joker SHOULD sound like. Cesar Romero had his own, Hamill had his own, Nicholson and Ledger also had their own. Just because Hamill has done the best job( well...I think Ledger was the best live action Joker) that shouldn't mean that it…
You can still play your games without this patch, that is the difference. You NEED the Day 1 Xbone ptach.
Heaven forbid that many voices by one person sound alike.
I MIGHT agree if they handled The Joker like Marvel handles Wolverine...but they don't. There is just enough Joker.
People are just TOO used to Hamill as The Joker. Troy Baker is great..but he isn't making The Joker his own...he is using Hamills Joker. They clearly went with safe here. Heaven forbid many voices by the same person sound alike.
He should have done his own take and not worry about Hamill's version. He would have made it work...but instead they wanted him to do the safe thing.
He does a good Joker but you are right. I would prefer his own take. Heath Ledger didn't copy of Jack Nicholson.
People also act as if there were no good Joker voices besides Hamill. Case in point, John DiMaggio ( Bender, Marcus Fenix, Jake from Adventure time), this was still DURING Hamill's reign. People are just so used to Mark Hamill as The Joker that is is difficult, nigh impossible for them to give ANY other actor a…
