The vast majority of projects that are successfully funded come to fruition. There is always a chance they wont. That is the nature of the beast and the risk you take . But the successfully funded projects that dont come to fruition are the exception to the rule and not the rule.

Glad to see Missouri are good tippers. I tip a buck per drink at the bar. And generally 18-25% when dining. The only time I dont tip is when I have to go to the manager. And there have been times I have tipped far more than 25%.
