There’s really only one key feature to make this successful: it needs to offer a 6MT.  Beyond that, I think many of us could get on board with most body styles, engines, and drive wheels.  But a 6MT kinda needs to be table stakes here, Acura!

I like hard games quite a bit, but there are a lot of instances where if you give me an easy mode, I’m going to take it. Sometimes I just want to see cool shit and experience a game and its story without much resistance.

All these answers are wrong. Let Mazda keep making the Miata as is. It’s a low volume vehicle that is way down the list when it comes to things we have to clean up.  Batteries on a Miata should be put in the same place Miata Automatic transmissions go.
