Well, yeah. Politics is something that affects everyone and something that everyone actually has a say in. The fact that so many Americans just sit back and let politics happen is how we ended up with such a corrupt, self serving system.

Wrightspeed started doing this several years ago. They retrofit garbage trucks (and parcel trucks) with electric motors and a gas turbine as a range extender. The garbage trucks can go 30 miles before the turbine kicks in. Already in use in California and New Zealand, if I’m not mistaken.

Looks like Jeep easter-eggs have completely jumped the shark at this point. This isn’t a vehicle I would be, but I wouldn’t want a map of any city etched in my sunroof. Heck, I don’t want anything drawn on my sunroof.

The NERV of them!

And, let me guess, this will also become the new base engine for the Genesis G70, but only after they drop the manual transmission option. Why is everyone afraid of making a manual with 300hp? What’s even left around that number, the Golf R, WRX, anything else? Manuals pretty much only exists now under 250hp or over

One of my rules in life is “Try not to make anyone’s job harder than it already is.” Accidents happen, but I’ve never been really upset with, or have seen an employee get really upset with anyone who was remorseful and wasn’t trying to make someone’s job harder.

Oh man, it drives me absolutely up a wall when I see obvious cart dumps in stores. People walk around the store for like a half an hour, they can’t take a minute and a half to put something back when they don’t need/want it, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT’S PERISHABLE?! That and seeing an almost empty Dunkin cup on the shelf.

Am I weird that I just want a Model 3 with a gauge cluster? (and a simulated manual shifter and clutch pedal, but that’s neither here nor there)

I think he inadvertently wrote a dark fanfiction about Kevin Nealon’s character from Grandma’s Boy.

Here’s something else you may not know and I only learned (and confirmed) a couple of years ago. When you put Sonic 1 in Sonic & Knuckles and get the “No Way” screen, hit A+B+C together and you unlock “Blue Sphere”, which is 134,217,728 levels of the S3/S&K style special stages. Other cartridges work too, but they

Well, physical games allowed you to borrow from friends and trade in when you weren’t playing them anymore for savings on new games. You can’t do that with digital. (Which makes it infuriating that they want to raise the price of games even when they’re digital. Let me get this straight, with digital only games there

I don’t know who that is, but accurate!

In 1990 I owned 3 games for the NES, Super Mario Bros. 1, Super Mario Bros. 3, and To The Earth. Having played them all quite a bit, 7-year-old me took fifty of his hard saved, gifted dollars to a local department store and bought Super Mario Bros. 2 (I assume my Mom covered the tax). 7-year-old me was absolutely

Cat’s gonna cat.

Plus it already has a tiny astromech droid in the middle of the dash!

I wonder if the 1,000 miles of range is purely from the weight savings. Supercar electric motors aren’t any more or less efficient than, like, the ones in a Nissan Leaf, for the most part. Driving this like an econobox should be very efficient, unlike driving a Chiron as efficiently as possible is still going to burn

That actually doesn’t make sense for that reason! If you pre-order, they know you’re interested, they don’t need the demo to affirm that. If you didn’t preorder, but downloaded the demo, that shows some level of interest in the game. If the demo’s good (and it sounds like it is) it could generate more preorders, too.

True story, when I was 3-4 years old TunderCats was my favorite show. My dad worked nights and “watched” me during the day. (I say it in quotes because in the 80's, watching just meant you and the kid were in the same physical building and/or adjacent yard and nothing short of a pain-induced scream, or meal time,

I’m not saying I want this, but mandatory data logging coupled with front and rear cameras plus one fixed on the driver would bring that number down REAL fast. This would be very expensive to implement and, oh boy, the (legit) privacy concerns. While we’re at it, though, make so no car can do 0-60 in less than 12

I wonder if they could still find any of these around:
