Loved the look of this car. I’ll be honest, I do think the newer ones look better, but it’s still a beautiful car!

I keep reading comments and then scrolling up to the picture to see what the hell people are talking about. I don’t see what the hell people are talking about!

Well, if you’re exiting a parking lot into moderate but moving traffic on a 50 MPH road I hope you are flooring it! The’ll be parts of the day where you could be waiting five minutes or more for an opportunity to pull out otherwise.

I remember reading a while back about a guy who converted an LS7 to a flat-plane crank and could then rev it to 8,250 RPM. I can’t imagine that was an easy thing to do, but if that engine was in this car, I think it would be a pretty good fit, characteristics-wise. Not paying $19,000 for this car as is, though.

That...that is a spot on metaphor, actually.

Whoa, yes please! If I can get it to display multiple CPU stats (temp AND utilization), I’m in!

I think I might still have this bad boy somewhere. I had gotten it along with an extended battery pack that clipped onto the cartridge slot and anchored some pegs into a couple of the GB’s screw holes. All together it was a heavy, unwieldy mess that only took away from the experience.

This was something that always jumped out at me in the movie Minority Report and no one ever talks about it. There were very different cars in the city and on highways than there were in more suburban and rural areas.

Right. My ATS came with Brembos (as pretty much all of them did) and the smallest rim that will fit over them is 17".

The big brakes on Teslas are still required for multiple safety scenarios. If the regen system were to fail (which probably means a whole bunch of other systems/electronics have failed, too), the “analog” braking system is all that the driver has to stop all that mass. Also, if someone accidentally stabs the go pedal

I’ve been holding off for years now, waiting for ATSC 3.0 tuners to come built in. We’re finally getting a bunch of TVs with them this year (as shown at CES), but they’re mostly in the upper-half of new models, cost-wise (although, missing in a lot of the top-tier TVs). I am in a market that will be getting ATSC 3.0

Honestly, she doesn’t like driving hatchbacks (I think she’s crazy, hatchbacks are awesome).

If it was Mazda 3 sized and $10K less, my wife would be all over this. She does less than 40 miles a day, so she would only need to plug it in every two to three days. Of course, her 2007 Corolla would have to die first and, at 160,000 miles, it’s not even middle aged yet.

This is pretty brilliant. Microsoft doesn’t care if you buy their system (they lose money on the hardware), they care if you buy their games and the games that pay them royalties. The system is just a way to lock people into buying the games which actually makes them money.

That’d be pretty cool, but if I had to guess, it would probably be limited to the Japanese market, at least at first.

Fist Gear: Meanwhile, nearly all of the rest of the (1st) world isn’t even using chip anymore, they’re all tapping! All the other retailers transitioned to chip, or changed policies to make sure people couldn’t install skimmers, five years ago. That was a whole lot of hardware and software that had to be deployed in a

I’ve been driving in snow my whole life (which is almost 20 driving years) and have never had 4 or all wheel drive. I can probably count on one or two hands the number of times I’ve actually had to drive in actual snow, on paved roads. I can definitely count on half a hand the number of times I’ve actually gotten

I wonder what the first, pristine, non-gray market R34 GT-R is going to sell for.

The excellence of the Pixel 3a and now the rumors about the Pixel 4a have gotten me to hold off on any smartphone purchase for a few months. Headphone jack and fingerprint sensor are big wins for me. If the put a bigger battery in it than the 4, I think I'll be giving up my Pixel XL for it.

I had one of those, too. It was actually a 4 hour charge for 11 minutes of use!
