I appreciate that Sportsmaster & Tigress in particular are likable and funny while at the same time despicable. That should not be that easy to pull off, but the show makes it look easy

The show is just delightful. I get Power Rangers/The OC/Runaways vibes from it. I think there hasn’t been a comic book show quite like this, even Runaways shied away from some of the more comic-book-y elements to an extent.
If no one can recognise Supergirl why would they be able to figure out who Tigress is?
I am not saying I would rather the show kill Mike off, rather than make him part of Courtney’s JSA. But I don’t know how else to finish this sentence
Depends on where they’re cutting it from. If they’re cutting it from the part of the budget that handles training, then yes. If they’re cutting it from the part of the budget that buys the various things some policemen utilize when abusing power, then it won’t have any adverse effect on the competency of the police…
I honestly thought Icicle was trying to activate the kid’s powers.
We’re early in but I love how they’re making the villains real, lived in people with lives and families. Yes, they’re still evil - it’s not an attempt at redeeming them - but they’re not just mustache twirling caricatures or cut outs.

The orange sand as a part of the Black Panther ritual of contacting the dead is a much more plausible cameo by the Soul Stone than anything having to do with vibranium. What if the Wakandans had just happened to find this special orange sand that aided them with spiritual rituals? “Wrap a body in these sands, and they…
Ray keeps getting “teammate zoned” by the lady team members.
Both actors were criminally underrated for years, esp Routh’s Superman. This has been earned.
You’re talking about an movie that came out last year that nobody else was talking about, while not having seen the movie that everyone here is talking about. This is how you’re choosing to spend your morning?
You get out.
***SING IT***
Not just a little bit racist, a whole lot, and also sexist.
People of all shades will take the flimsiest of opportunities to shit on a Black woman. *shrug*
I know this wasn’t addressed to me buuut I’m a transracial adoptee myself, and had an ex who was adopted by one of his teachers when he was 14, in what was likely a pretty similar situation to this one. I also worked with kids for a long time. So - with all of those things in mind, this story brings up some red flags…
Most atheists are not in some group called “New Atheists.” Is that even a thing still?
That makes absolutely no sense, lol.
