You can't even begin to compare those situations. Polanski and Allen had consensual sex with underage women while Cosby forcibly raped dozens of women. Both are reprehensible, but there's a huge difference in the severity of the crimes.

There are Cosby defenders out there, too. And to me it seems that he's built up so much good will over the years that the media is actually going easy on him considering how many accusations there have been.
