The first one was just fine. Not particularly great, but I saw it with friends and we all thought it was solid. I can see a lot of people who casually liked the first one thinking that they want this now. 

Legend of the Seeker is a lot more fun than it has any right to be. The book series (which I started after enjoying the show) is nowhere near as fun. The show has such a fun campy charm to it that elevated it past the book series.

I watched that with my parents recently and I was surprised at how decent it was. It wasn’t mindblowingly good but it was pleasant.

Yeah, there is no way they’re not steamed that BvS is the #5 movie of the year (based on global box office) to Civil War’s #1. If the movie that brings together DC’s biggest superheroes, three of the most recognizable superheroes ever, lost to a group of superheroes that frankly most people didn’t know about before…
