Stop with your ignorance, I stopped listening the moment you started to engage with every liberals starting point of accusing Trump to be every ism in the book.

I think the important thing to point out regarding a dumbing down of generations is that Donald Trump is primarily the result of older generations, not the young adults that grew up with B&B (a great satire) and Dumb and Dumber.

Ah, I see alt-facts have made their way to the kotaku comment section.

Nah man. They better CGI in some goddamn one on one battle between Mr. Meowgi and Billy the Kitten or I’m gonna riot.

Yeah, there was no way Trump was going to become President.

I think you underestimate Neko Atsume fans.

Ugh, don’t even with Taylor. She is a fake feminist. She only claimed the title when it would make her look good. We had our first female Presidential nominee and she didn’t give a single iota of support to Hillary. She didn’t even raise awareness about voting or the debates and she has so many young fans that she

I guess Taylor Swift got called out for giving some half hearted tweet about the march late in the day yesterday.

I loves me some Anne Hathaway and I love the premise. What I cannot stand is yet another movie with Jason Sudekis being pushed on me. See, Chris Hemsworth? This is why I need you give up this action thing and focus on your comedy. You’re funny and there’s no way anyone chooses Sudekis over you.

I have come to a theory that one’s appreaciation of a Pratchett book is directly related to how much of a healthy appreciation they have for dad jokes. I think the man is frequently brilliant, but he has a distinct sense of humor, and that sense is:

I’m still so sad about Terry Pratchett’s death. I haven’t been able to read The Shepherd’s Crown, even though I bought it the day it came out, since I know it will be the last time I ever get the pleasure of a new book of his. I’m saving it for a day when everything seems hopeless and I really need the pick-me-up.

This gif will never not be funny to me:

I’ve worked at places that value “get the job done” over personality. It was miserable because I was surrounded by people I couldn’t stand to be around all day. It also had the highest churn-rate of anyplace I’ve been since it was such a miserable work environment. It is possible to balance the two, and that is where

Hotel was a mess, but My Roanoke Nightmare was slightly more coherent.

*googles*

I can’t get on board with saying Pence is a better option. Trump is awful and making the office of POTUS a mockery before he’s even ascended to the role. But he’s also erratic and inconsistent, meaning he clashes with Congress and will undermine their agenda (while not having a coherent agenda of his own).

Meanwhile, the actual Satanic Temple has begun a campaign to protect children from corporal punishment and psychological abuse in public schools (and presumably by extension, prisons), with the emphasis that their religion explicitly considers Not Being Assaulted to be a religious right.

At this point, I wish this too. I genuinely think that Pence would be better, because I don’t think that Pence would get into a nuclear war over a few insults.

The things Pence would do can be fixed. Laws can be repealed, judges replaced in time, ect. You can’t un-push the red button. I’ll take The Handmaid’s Tale (fighting the whole wayover The Road, terrible as it might be.

fave joke thus far:
