Players agree to not do the above things. BossLand is not a party to that contract and thus is not bound by it. Further, contract violations do not excuse criminal acts (like corporate espionage).

The bot is not about “ruining your experience”, which it largely didn’t do, and more about ruining the tedious, time wasting bullshit in the game (like garrisons and shipyards) which most people don’t want to do.
