That’s the irony of all of this. A very, very large portion of these people know less about Christianity than many atheists and Agnostics do.

When Ms. Bigboote was young she used to attend church with her parents. They still both attend regularly (or, at least they did pre-pandemic).

Yeah, I couldn’t hardly believe it when they told me it was that large. She was definitely feeling it.

I just got news that my mother who just went into surgery for an emergency stint on her kidneys last night is out of surgery. She had a 12mm kidney stone (about a half inch). Apparently a large stone is about 8mm.

When you care about someone - really love them - it’s difficult to divorce that from the pain they may have caused you.

My ex cheated on me with, unfortunately, several different guys. We were young still, and perhaps not the greatest match in the world, but I still loved her, and I think she did me. I wasn’t perfect either, mind you - I had my fair share of instances of sometimes getting upset for stupid things.

When did Maria leave? I just figured I hadn’t heard from her in a while.

It’s actually a pain in the ass to find a position in a school where your not immediately replaced by someone else in the county with seniority. It often takes years (even after the schooling and temping) for a teacher to land a stable position in a school.

I love spicy foods, and I’ll try basically anything once. Having said that, I don’t understand drowning otherwise edible and tasty food in multitudes of sauce that tastes like it was bled out of Satan himself. I want to actually be able to taste my food.
