The Witcher 3 on a Switch would absolutely, positively, nigh inarguably be a sub par experience when compared to the same thing on an Xbox or PS4 (and yes, I do own a Switch, and love it). It’s a less powerful system (even less so in handheld mode), full stop.

I would say the difference is that a console or gaming PC serves multiple functions and allows us to play all, or most of the games we also want to play.
