It’s really surprising that the majority of companies in the U.S. don’t realize this. When I interned at Costco, the store general manager (who was on the floor working along side us every day) told me “our employees don’t want to unionize because they don’t need to unionize”.

The Costco in Hillboro, Oregon used to be the largest store because they carry furniture year round. This is because Nike HQ and Intel’s largest campus is located nearby. Salt Lake City’s is now the largest. Their dairy section is 4x-5x as large as a normal Costco and they also sell whole lambs and goats.
