i didn't see that as skepticism.. i saw that as Nick noticing that Juliette is being distant with him and acting weird.. i think in the last episode he tried to initiate sexy times and she turned him down in a really distant "something is obviously bothering me" way as opposed to the average persons' "i ate too much
