@Bubkes: Cables. Synergy = no cables. My second computer is an imac so i just have 1 wire coming from it: the power cable. A KVM would require cables to it.

@smunsch: And that in a nutshell, is why Uubuntu and rocks. I use quicksynergy and synergy to control my imac. (It's turned off 80% of the time).

www.meetingwizard.com is the best. Much better than any of these. Not as pretty, but very effective.

Tried Elisa about a year ago. It was good for a few titles, but honestly its whole swirl to get-to-see-your-media-interface was too slow for anything other than a few dozen movies/albums.It was trying too hard to be frontrow then.

Yawn. Another attempt to fend off Linux and Mac. Pop in an Ubuntu disc people! Give it a spin on the live cd. If everything works great — install using wubi (W_indows UB_untu I_nstaller). If it doesn't just walk away, and try again in 6 months. Tortured windows users—I was one of you!

Uh, its not that hard to file on your own. Why would you need this place? Even at "free"? There is no substitute for research. In NY for example the biggest expense for an llc is not the filing but the publishing requirements.

I use [meetingwizard.com] Works great, even if its fugly. Unlike congregar you get to pick meeting times too.

@gapo: So why not do what the guy in this article did, but in linux. Its not hard. Set up XP in VirtualBox. No Wine, no tweaked settings, its actually running in windows.

Two years ago I was upgrading my PC and I switched to Ubuntu For 3 reasons:

I made the switch to ubuntu two years ago. I've now installed ubuntu on all sorts of machines. To see if hardware works out out of the box, boot the latest LiveCD. Its that simple. You can't do that with windows or mac.
