Me too! But I’m short and have wide hips and I just don’t know if it would look as svelte as I’d want it to look.

If my boyfriend had a gun and there were toy spiders around, this would probably happen. Or real spiders. Or anything even vaguely arachnid.
I started feeling bad about myself, but then I remembered that A) strangers’ opinions probably shouldn’t matter that much to me and B) Halloween is awesome.
Good for not seeing it, but REALLY TERRIBLE FOR PAIN??? Augh!
Now I need to know the best thrift stores in Chicago so I can go raid them.
I am super into this and really hope that we can cut down on some of the environmental impacts of factory farming.
Well, a lot of people don’t know how datapoints or research or statistics or anything related works. Doesn’t really excuse them, or anything, but... yeah. It’s not really taught in any form unless you’re in some STEM field (and sometimes not even then).
I’ve been in an Uber car twice, and both were fine.... But then again, I was travelling with my male lab partner, so who knows what might have been.
“Estrogen cabal” makes it sound SO MUCH MORE EXCITING than it actually is.
* whispers * 19. Thank you, new college friends!
I am a conscientous cyclist, and have never “blissed into [anyone’s] lane” while listening to music. I specifically chose times and areas where the amount of competing traffic - both foot and vehicular - was minimal (and wore appropriate safety gear, and had all of the recommended bike accessories - lights on both…
Counterpoint: riding my bike around evening Fairhaven (near Bellingham) while listening to music was incredible. Really don’t think there was anything so horrible about that.
Two weeks’ notice just not good enough for some people, huh?
I was just thinking about these the other day. They’re EVERYWHERE on campus! I’d never seen them in such high concentrations before. Is it a relatively new trend? Where did it come from?
I was very resistant to it in the beginning and was really worried about taking it. It took about a year for my therapist and parents to convince me that it would do more good than harm!
It sounds like you may be taking too many courses at once? Even if you’re not at/over the credit max, you may want to drop a course if you can, because that amount of work/stress isn’t conducive to your health or to your learning. I realize it may be too late in the quarter/semester to drop a course, but... yeah. That…
Even if you’re disappointed, you still kinda have to try. Well, I guess you don’t, but I’m assuming that you majored in CAMB because you enjoy it, or are interested in it, or at least have some feelings for it, and would enjoy to work in that field. I think you should really try to apply to a variety of…
My mantra on bad days.
My parents’ cats do that too! It is fascinating and disgusting and they love to do it where people can see. I didn’t know it was possible until I saw them doing it. Only with smaller things though, they tend to crunch up the larger fare (rats and squirrels).
That is super cool and I hope that I am similarly making my parents proud.
