You’re describing textbook survivor bias - because you overcame it, anyone should be able to. I’m glad you developed coping skills out of a horrible experience, but understand that there are endless other variables that factor into how an individual deals with bullying.

I was also bullied as a kid, and I don’t consider it to have done anything positive for me. I don’t know your life and I don’t mean to call you out or put words in your mouth, but it drives me a little bit crazy when people say that kids can or should learn to deal with bullying rather than have an adult step in to

If it were my child, things would have gotten really ugly right there because you’re not going to gaslight my child and now I’ve had to go to the school, someone is going to get told off.

There’s certain types of bullying I wouldn’t waste my time on. But when it involves racial codes and “die. die. die.” I’d be on some Jerry Springer level anger in the principle’s office. With my dashiki and Afro wig on.

No one can argue with the stats, you are correct. But what is missing from the white on white/Asian on Asian/Latino on latino crime conversation that is PREVALENT IN THE black on black crime conversation — is the demonstrative and destructive impact BoB crime has on its communities, especially in major cities like

No, I mean, I wasn’t trying to say they are. Just that keeping guys like this in prison (as opposed to killing them via whatever “humane” means we have) is adding to an overpopulated prison. That’s all I’m saying. I think the majority of people in prison are much less evil than this dude.

This has always been my issue when people say “let’s get rid of the death penalty.”

That part literally brought tears to my eyes. In cases like this, it’s hard for me as a Christian to not want that guy to suffer horribly for what he did. That poor little girl and her mother, I can’t even imagine what she was going through hearing her daughter begging for her life while she was unable to help her.

I cosign your comment. and I’m dead serious. Those who prophesy or speak truth are always deemed “crazy” or dismissed, laughed at. But I understand where you are coming from.

I disagree.

I was thinking is it really a heart attack or poison?

No young, vibrant person dies of a heart attack at 34 years old.

Laziness.

There’s no excuse for it. It was pure negligence.

It’s your job to take care of the kids...and you can’t even do that right. I don’t want to hear that “people make mistakes” no, no. THIS IS LITERALLY YOUR MAIN JOB!

“The Golden State Warriors were very good this year, but let’s be honest. They’re no New England Patriots. They’re not even in the National Football League!”

Do organizations that have committed literal acts of terror on American citizens have a constitutional right to assemble? I’m going to say no.

Honest to goodness I miss “Pon de Replay” Rihanna, but I like her music in small doses.

They’ll be on the streets in six months, and the girl they murdered will still be 6 feet underground. That’s not justice. It’s a slap in the face to the family of Amy Joyner-Francis.

Two children killed another child. This is wrong. These girls got off light. Why did they attack Amy? Boy troubles? Were they dissed on social media? Enough is enough. This poor girl will never experience life, yet the two who killed her get off easy. I feel for the poor child’s mother.
