Ok, so we should just let it go, and move on, until the next incident happens? Or just “accept” that we are “post racial?”

And your point is?
In all my school experience (and I graduated from high school in 1984, 35 years ago), funny how I only got called the n-word from one, count it, one classmate. We fought a couple of times, his parents got involved, after his second suspension, and then he friended me on Facebook a number of years ago.
Once? Some still are, but not all.
Just because you don’t agree with gay marriage doesn’t make you homophobic. You can get along with anyone that you don’t agree with. That’s being an adult.
There are people who are Christians from every race, creed and nationality.
Equal partnership and responsibility to love each other.
No, we didn’t, but God did.
Gayle King is not a racist. She simply pointed out the fact that she didn’t interview Jussie Smollet, Robin Roberts did. That was a valid assessment that all Black people don’t look alike.
Exactly.
Because if you hand a piece of laundry to be dry cleaned or pressed to an Asian person, that’s offensive. If you give a pair of dice to hang in a car to a Hispanic person, that’s offensive. If you give cotton to a Black person, that’s offensive. This is how clueless and out of touch some White people are.

Exactly.
My mother turned 75 today, and she still lives by herself, still drives, and is an amazing teacher, as well as being in pretty good health for her age.
Hey, I’m 3 and a half years from that age. How about we allow seniors (65 and older) the right to vote and drive, as long as their cognizant enough to do it?
I know that it is in Massachusetts, but the entire United States?
I find it really sad that another person of color, who happens to be a police officer would say something so ruthless and heartless. Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson hasn’t done anything to warrant this. Can we talk about it?
Here’s my problem. The governor was accused of racism due to a picture of him in a yearbook, and they asked him to step down. He didn’t, but now the allegations of sexual assault goes to the deputy governor, who happens to be black, and the cries for him to step down is much louder than the governor. Is it a…
Yes, he was. I was working in state government when he was elected governor.
Did you miss the fact that he received death threats on the set of Empire? It might be related.
