$19.5K for a Mini??? A fucking Mini?!?!

Well this entire thing is confusing. AMI, the company that owns the National Enquirer also owns another US ‘paper’ in a similar mold to the NE called “THE SUN” (often capitalized). While just AWFUL, it is different to the Rupert Murdoch-owned UK tabloid paper “The Sun”, which has (had?) the Page 3 topless girls. I

Maybe rethink, but the National Enquirer has broken some legit news stories over the years. It’s not all “Mom boils and eats baby" stories.

I met him once at a party (the only ‘celeb’ party I’ve ever been to) and spent 20 mins chatting to him before realizing that he had far more important people to talk to.

Dude, I think that’s a Lambo...

Lol, I don’t know what happened and neither do you.

There’s victim blaming (“it was his fault”) and there’s trying to guess as to why the seller shot at him and his friend 19 times.

Depends on your definition of “fault”.

Just... why?

Hot take: I agree with this, at least as it covers fast inner-city driving, esp. things like punching the gas when the lights go green, taking corners super-fast.

Oh they’re super-fun. Like go-karts really. The 0 - 30mph time is fantastic, but after that you’re just gathering speed. Mine would do 80mph downhill with a tailwind. You also always want a nearly empty tank of petrol (a full tank is noticeably heavier and slows you down on the flats and uphill).

I’m almost 6' and my first car was a 1981 Mini 850 (yes, an 850cc engine - significantly smaller than my current motorcycle).

Golan/Globus! You know this was the lead in to, like, every Jean-Claude VanDamme movie ever...

The floating lion that is DeLaurentiis Entertainment Group - simple, lion-y and with gongs.

I mean... Carlos Ghosn is an INTERNATIONAL FUGITIVE. He escaped justice by being ‘extracted’ by a specialist team by hiding in an audio case...

The headline refers to him as “Armed”, but was he ACTUALLY carrying a firearm or was he just authorized to do so?

Ugh - the 2007 Audi A3 S-Trim I bought on Craigslist.

I’d go for the pilot episode of Supernatural (called “Pilot”) - they had some freaky effects with the Woman in White. Plus, her demise was...awful.

No you’re right, it’s not obvious. As I noted in my comment below, lots of people (including me) might do the same, thinking it’s the right thing to do.

Look, what Cruise did, in terms of editing videos and leaving out crucial info is as shady as shit. If anything, this makes them look worse than if they’d provided all the info up front.
