To my mind, that's a pretty low bar. I've never liked her in anything, and her character was just irritating...

No Longmire? For shame!

Kawasaki Versys 1000 LT. Comes with side cases, and a Kawi or Givi top case is easy to get hold of. You can add all the farkles you want (e.g. crash guards, heated grips). I have a 2015, which was only $13K new, and those can easily be found now for sub-$6K with 50K miles or so. Gets up to well over 125mph

Remember: You’re not “in traffic”. You “are traffic”. You are part of the problem.

WTH is “nightshade”? Never heard of it let alone seen it. Mine are both Sapphire Blue, and I’ve seen the British Racing Green but that’s it.

Likewise! I have a 2000 955i Sprint ST (running) and a 2001 of the same (not running). Just put new tires on the 2000, so I see some nice day rides in my future now the planet is dying and the weather is sunny and warm in March...

European market motorcycles also have a parking light option - typically one click counter-clockwise past the steering lock. It illuminates the rest light (possibly dinner than normal) and depending on the bike also a front light. My Triumph (2000 Sprint ST) lights up the rear light and a small additional front light.

Is this the same engine I had in my 2007 Audi A3 (I think it was a 3.2 VR6).

I grew up in the UK, where everyone learns to drive using stick, and there isn’t any organized “Driver’s Ed” at high school. Yet somehow it works and cars don’t fail, catastrophically or otherwise.

Interested to know how you find out. I bought a dark tinted Puig touring windshield for my Kawi Versys, and it was just too damned dark. Like, unless it was super sunny, I couldn’t see the road.

Yes, it’s more complicated than that, but no need to sound so snarky. A number of car companies, including Tesla, do over-the-air (OTA) updates just fine. It’s complex and sensitive and needs to be well designed, especially around security, but it’s not brain surgery.

I’ve done that EXACT same trip several times on an assortment of bikes (2000 Triumph Sprint ST, 2002 Aprilia Futura, 2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000LT). It really is a fantastic ride, but ideally during the week and ‘off-season’ when the traffic’s not too bad. Ideally you come back through Ojai and Hwy 33...

I’m an expat Brit living in California. In 1998, I showed up to my test in a friend’s car, but they wouldn’t let me do the test because the windscreen was cracked. So I rescheduled for the following Saturday, and during the week I bought myself a 1967 Porsche 912 for $3500, so I showed up for the rescheduled test in

No Youabian Puma for comparison?

I see no flames. Clearly no Ferrari looks.

Wasn’t it Tesla that also opened up all their patents for free? Maybe Elon Musk isn’t the complete ass we all took him for?

“From the 1910s through the 1930s, he became a fairly prominent public figure in Chicago high society...”

Can’t they get a foam windsock on that microphone? Dashcam video is good. Audio...is not.
