No way. We require far less protein than what everybody thinks. I’m not a vegan or a vegetarian, but my diet is generally 80-90-percent fruits and vegetables. I stopped counting protein intake a long time ago but I’m lucky if I get 50-grams per day. I weigh 168-lbs (at 5'7") and am around the 9-10 percent bodyfat

Why did I get demoted?

I’m not a fighter...but I am a short, fat asshole. Doesn’t take a fighter to see that Jones didn’t handle Cormier “with ease” until Cormier got tired. Last two rounds, sure. First three rounds were grueling.

No, if anything everyone agrees that the ref fucked up and that it emphasizes why fighter safety is priority (at least as much as it can be in a violent sport) and why perceived early stoppages are always preferable to late stoppages.

That fight suggested that when his power isn’t effective he can’t put together a meaningful strategy. If he isn’t hurting the guy he runs out of ideas. And he was barely beating a guy who had no training camp and who has been drinking tequila, smoking weed and banging Mexican prostitutes 11 days before the fight. So I

There’s no such thing as a perfect candidate. You vote for the best. People should’ve learned this with Obama, who has not been a perfect president, but has probably been the best we’ve had for some time.

This is an excellent comment. But, in all fairness, Cameron is also the guy who brought us, “I’ll be back,” “Hasta la vista, baby,” “Come with me if you want to live,” “GET AWAY FROM HER, YOU BITCH,” “Were in the pipe, five by five,” “Game over, man, game over,” “’Have you ever killed anyone?’ ‘Yeah, but they were all

So, this is what a “polite society” looks like.....

Or he can just acknowledge he’s going through a major existential change and is probably have all kinds of weird psychological stuff coming up that otherwise wouldn’t be addressed if he was given some Wellbutrin and told to move on.

And it takes longer than an hour to get from one end of town to another....

Yeah, I’m a liberal dirtbag who 99-percent of the time sides with “the worker,” or, in the case of sports, with the athletes. However, I don’t really see the problem here. If Kaep wants his money, he just has to say no to the Broncos and stay in San Fran. If he prefers to play football, he’ll have to take the pay cut.

I’m a man. Jesus we’re stupid.

Jesus. That was terrible.

Learn to use or own bodyweight or buy a dumbbell set with a dumbbell bench. Trust me. You’ll save tons of money in the long run.

Well, it’s obvious neither of us are getting anywhere, but I’ll bite. And the fact that once again you attempt to simply dismiss my assertions instead of actually trying to understand them (i.e. assuming I’m a fan of Snyder’s work, which I most definitely am not. I’m not even a DC fan. It’s weird how people can have

How can you say that when Marvel is the most successful movie studio right now and all they pump out is fun, jovial, paint-by-the numbers superhero movies? Trying to take a beloved character out of his natural environment is the epitome of a risk. Making an emo Superman has not worked, and it has shown in the audience

Haha.

No. Guardians of the Galaxy was a risk. By the time Ant Man came around it was quite clear that it mattered less about the property and more that with the “Marvel” name attached, any movie is going to do well.

During phase 1 hey took some risks. At this point I know exactly what I’m getting when I go watch a Marvel movie. For a lot of people they’re good comfort food. And that’s fine, but this constant fellating of the Marvel movies ignores a number of issues with the movies themselves.

Look, it didn’t work—at all—but how can you say that turning Superman into a mopey, whiney, internally conflicted wet blanket wasn’t a risk? Again, the movie wasn’t good, but at least they’re trying things. As opposed to Marvel, whose whole approach to filmmaking at this point is, “Banter, action scene, boring
