You can buy coffee sachets already made and they are very flat so they store easier.

Using the car for commercial purposes just might void that warranty.
They never seem to calculate the price of the car into all these “economics”. The savings just aren’t there to justify the initial layout. It is like buying solar cells to try and save money on home electric bill. The savings just aren’t there.
I think it is pretty easy to tell from the article the trailer was a recent addition. So, no it doesn’t support your point at all.
Here’s something though: Property values... How important is that to you if you’re NOT in the process of selling your property?
I can tell you are not a lawyer or even understand the processes, codes, and laws in play here. But you must enjoy writing “king for a day” posts about how you personally think the law should work while telling other people, who are actually working the process, they have no right to influence the laws. Nothing you…
“Respect for others”
Also, side note, nobody is going to not buy a house because a neighbor has a nice hobby trailer in his driveway.
One bloody enclosed trailer(such as this one) is not in any way lowering their property values, impairing their quality of life, or is even an eyesore.
So, you support one guy’s free use of his house but tell another “whaaa”? Nice irony.
No. You can’t. Why do you ask?
You do NOT have a right to not be offended. You bought in an area governed by society’s law — society is messy. If you have unrealistic expectations, buy in an HOA area where unreasonable restrictions can be enacted.
have your life dictated to you
Maybe should put it in a storage yard with all the other trailers. Use the yard for storage of trailers and his house for doing living stuff.
It’s worth pointing out here that HOAs lower property values too.
No, because the appraiser isn’t buying your house.
I just don’t understand why he doesn’t want a secure yard to store his trailer out of the way. If he has money for this hobby, he can afford an uncovered slot. I owned a boat for a number of years and would much rather have it out from under foot in secured storage. If I am not using it there just isn’t any reason to…
Um, no. Storing your trailer in an area meant for living in a way that impacts the quality of the subdivision for everyone does.
That is the best thing about theoreticals. You can make up whatever story you want to support your point. Unfortunately, I would think this trailer has a much more distinct appearance than a daily driver. I have owned boats and trailers and I put them in storage where they belong.
Of course, none of these workers technically qualify as “exempt”. Somehow exempt has some to mean “paid a salary” when the method of payment has nothing to do with it.
