No, you don’t have to ensure anything in regards to the freeloaders. The paying players have more than enough other paying players to compete with, the non-paying users get stomped by the paying ones anyway.
Before I saw what it’s like behind the scenes, I was a lot more naive, I was surprised how much they actually lie, and different the experience a paying user would have is from a non-paying user.
Not sure what the situation is legally. But I’d be happy to do so privately or anonymously. They blatantly lied and treat some of their employees horribly. I doubt you ever heard the company I worked for though, but I suspect the practices are similar in most companies.
