He spoke on CNN like a month ago iirc. I thiiiink on Anderson Cooper but I’m not 100% sure. I had it on while I was making dinner, so I was only like half paying attention.

I saw the dynamic in the movie described as “Poe likes Finn, Finn likes Rey, and Rey would like to find her family”

I just wanted to say that your name is delightful.

Well, there are a couple different things going on. First, what happens to the contestants here is particularly noticeable because of the extreme nature of the period of exercise and calorie restriction. While maintaining weight loss is rough across the board, I’d wager that the extent of the damage is probably

I honestly think that this show might kill someone. I’m not a trainer or anything, but it seems like a terrible idea to have people who are quite heavy and are mostly sedentary go straight into a really hardcore workout schedule. I read a behind the scenes thing once (I think someone else might have linked to it)

It’s also worth pointing out that even if you don’t lose weight with those kind of behavioral adjustments, your overall risk for health conditions we typically associated with obesity will often still improve.

I’m probably going to buy a “Madam President” button for my backpack and I’m assuming that once I do it, I’m going to get constantly inundated with fundraising emails.

HUD is Castro and Perez is LaborSec, but the point about him being a solid pick stands

She’s running for Senate though (for Barbara Boxer’s seat iirc). While it is in a safely blue area, I doubt they’ll want to scramble for another candidate.

If it’s not Castro, it’s probably Tom Perez, but it definitely seems like they’ve been grooming Castro for VP.

Whenever someone at one of those townhalls asks “Can you give me details on [whatever]?” I feel like her eyes light up a little bit.

It’s directed by the guy that made Snow White and the Hunstmen. I really don’t know why they used “helmed.”

He actually is (sort of). He’s a screenwriter, iirc. Not on anything particularly good, but he works regularly. He also hosts the Scriptnotes podcast.

I really do wonder if this is a major part of it. His legacy on its own is a mixed bag, to say the least, but if Hillary becomes POTUS he becomes a footnote in someone else’s story and in moments like these I wonder if he, on some level, knows that too.

I do not have a gif that adequately captures the face I made reading this.

My understanding is that the majority of the youngs who like Sanders are willing to vote for Clinton (they’re less anti-Clinton than they are pro-Sanders, although the vitriolic rhetoric and embrace of GOP conspiracy theories from some quarters might risk that) and the hardcore Bernouts are more aging hippie types.

I don’t recall all the details but I’m pretty sure that he didn’t have appropriate ethics board approvals for those kinds of invasive tests and at one point paid kids at a birthday party for blood draws.

He also gave kids probably medically unnecessary spinal taps and colonoscopies for his bullshit study, because if you’re going to be an unethical jackass, you might as well go that extra mile.

I’m pretty sure we’re in a countdown to Trump just openly calling Hillary a bitch on the campaign trail.
