Lets see... lack of content from the start, enjoyable for a period but starting to grow quite stale, issues with tick rate they fail to address but keep making claims shown to be false, and no real content in the future. Hey, Titanfall I think you may have a buddy soon, at least that is how it is looking.

The more play and hear about Overwatch the more I think a single player option would have helped a lot. The biggest concept people have, including me, is switching heroes to counter specific characters. A single player where, I don’t know now, hero x gets brainwashed and they have to switch from Tracer to whoever

How about a campaign mode that explores the characters and world setting more? Hmm? Hmm? HMMMMMMMMMM?!

Not for this game particularly but I do honestly hope that they someday expand from this to another game that isn’t just competitive multiplayer.

Not only wasting his time, but posting it on Kotaku where no Bliz dev will ever read it and no one else cares.

So pretty much you are wasting your time asking for stuff that will never happen and would be a huge cost/time sink to do?

I’ll be that guy but I wish they would start inputting a story mode or some kind of single-player/co-op mode based around a story.

Okay....none of that is likely to happen.

1. Man v. Machine. The Shorts have set up a storyline wherein there is some tension between humans and sentient robots. A horde mode against 3 or 4 types of enemy robots would be really fun. Allowing for a custom M v. M games would be great too as it would give you a chance to co-op games with just friends.

I want a single player/co-op story mode for this badly.

New modes>New maps>New characters.

It’s the internet, it’s the home of not getting it and arguing about how offended/angry/disturbed you are. Me, I got the joke I just didn’t want it. I’m no comedy writer but he needs more of a joke structure to it, the punchline is supposed to be the stuff he got already (showing his wife as long suffering) there’s

I know, and it can be done well just this wasn’t. It carried the gag too long without good twists. I know it was supposed to be self depracatory and paint himself in a foolish light but it came off a bit too mean spirited and didn’t quite communicate that. The gag’s foundation was there it just needed refinement.

You can totally see what he was going for. He thought if he was ‘wacky’ enough, Blizzard would want some free PR points by giving him a free copy. Just like that guy that got a copy of Fallout 4 by ‘paying’ with bottlecaps.

Lets not overthink this; the point was for somebody who did not want to pay for the game to get a free copy of the game. Nothing else to see here.

The problem is it is unartfully executed. While it was supposed to be funny (I understand that) it just read as kind of sad. I know what he was trying to do just it was a little too mean and the “hatred” was overplaying the joke. If he had dialed it back a bit to embarrassment or impatience it may have played better

Anyone want to play a game of “Find the Jezebellian"?

if you *actually* have a spouse who won’t allow you to buy something like a video game for your own money (if you’ve money to spare. it seems reasonable to say no if you’d starve or miss a bill spending that amount on smth frivolous.) you’re in an abusive relationship and need to gtfo. i’m so sick of the ball and

I have a hard time believing a grown man has to beg for video games. Yeah I know times are tough but $60 isn’t a huge investment.

It is exactly that. Unfunny and sad.
