What if the evidence that they are requesting implicates you in another or more serious crime? What if the video implicates you in some kind of social situation that could impact your finances, job or relationships with others - i.e. the video that caught the car crash also caught you kissing your mistress goodbye?

Where in the video was there scooping of the phone number? From what was demonstrated they could see the IP Address and whether they had their headphone box open or closed.
