I looked at an ATS manual a few months back. Every single car on the lot had some sort of 'dealer add-on', anything from whitewall tires, to chrome wheels.

Here in Maryland, we have 'Safe Zones' - speed cameras on nearly every highway. They don't slow people down - they stop people. Traffic has gotten 10X worse since they were installed.
