How hard could you possibly drive it on the street? If you're on the accelerator for over 5 seconds you're probably already over the speed limit.
I will be interested to see if longevity of cars starts plummeting because of all new new low displacement highly boosted engines that are coming to market. If I learned anything from my 2001 GTi, it is that a turbo engine is a bitch to maintain at high mileage.
I think we can all agree, the Brits are way worse than the US as pronouncing Japanese car brands. -NISS-UN is the one that bothers me the most for some reason. :-/
Right, but we're currently wasting a portion of the budget towards interest accumulation that I'd like to see go to more productive means.
In addition, the Subaru factory builds additional camry's. That agreement is set to expire in 2016. I am wondering where the build volume will be shifted.
I'm all for lightness in vehicles, but damn if I'm not scared of getting destroyed by all the lifted Bro trucks driving around :(
Had a bike, ruined myself. Now I prefer a comfy safety cage. Will stick to 4 wheels.
This is a very hard decision. I'd probably lean towards the Mercedes if I could only pick one. I'd rather have an older 911 if I was get a porsche. The Z06 is probably too much car for me to handle, but it would be my second choice. I'd just be terrified in it all the time. The Jag, while still classy as FUUUUU,…
That's just a shitty service shop. You're perfectly within your rights to complain about that, free service or not.
So how collectable will the Cygnet be in 30+ years? Look how rare! That's Ferrari-esque exclusivity right there. Maybe the BMW Isetta could give us some insight... Oh not that much? :-(
soooooooon (TM)
So prices on late 90's boxters are great right now, but I can't make myself pull the trigger. For some reason the cars don't feel masculine. The new boxters seem much better, but man you can get the old ones for a song.
How many Mustang V6's can you get for this thing!? That's the real question.
You can chase down almost anything with the right driver.
Gas: This brute is thirsty. Figure 6 MPG or so. The tank is amazing because I swear it's gotten 10 gallons bigger since I started the trip. I think it's 40 gallons. Also, when I fill up, the pump has automatically stopped at $100.00 three times! Weird, right?
Yeah does this go into your "loss/return" calculations of cost of ownership?
The opportunity to make $1,000 by doing nothing came about a few weeks ago, when I received a text message from my friend Ronny, who is a) a mechanic, and b) an actor. You don't see too many mechanic/actor combos nowadays, though I must say that the mechanics at my Land Rover dealership do an excellent job of acting…
What team will he be a part of? I'm assuming Toro rosso because of the photo, but is that it?
Very cool mod. Not 39,000$ cool.
